Coach, counsellor, and scientist at heart.
I believe that meaningful change often starts with honest, thoughtful conversation, and with understanding how you actually work.
I originally moved abroad to study chemistry and work in research. Along the way, I noticed that I was drawn to conversations where I could help others think more clearly, understand themselves better, and move forward. That led me to complete a two-year Coaching & Counselling training alongside my PhD, as well as a training as Confidential Advisor.
I quickly realized that this is the work I truly care about. Coaching allows me to combine allows me to combine analytical thinking with creativity, and to support real, tangible change.
My Personal Journey
I was diagnosed with ADHD as an adult.
Looking back now, it seems clear I was always neurodivergent. But especially during university and my PhD, when a lot of external structure and pressure fell away, the struggle became very visible: I had great difficulty starting certain tasks, was procrastinating a lot, and constantly stressed despite good results. From the outside, things looked fine. But internally, it was exhausting.
What changed for me was not trying harder, but applying my experimental skills to myself, learning how my brain actually works, and building habits and systems that support it. That process is still ongoing, but it has already fundamentally changed how I approach work and life.
My experience also strongly influences how I coach: with empathy, realism, and zero judgement. I get how hard things can be, even when it seems like they shouldn't.
How I Coach
People often describe me as calm, grounded, direct, and non-judgemental.
In sessions, I aim to create a space that is supportive and honest at the same time. I may challenge you at times, but I will always respect your autonomy. You know your life best — my role is not to advise you, but to help you understand yourself better and find ways forward that truly fit you.
I combine practical tools with deeper reflection, because lasting change often requires understanding and challenging the patterns and beliefs underneath.
My goal is that you leave with clarity, tools that fit you, and the confidence to support yourself.
