I specialize in coaching and counselling for general change, procrastination, overwhelm, stress management, habits, routines, and executive functioning challenges. If traditional productivity advice hasn’t worked for you — or if you’re neurodivergent (e.g. ADHD, autism) — we will figure out what does. So you can get things done through without constant stress, guilt, or last-minute panic. Whether you want to finally hand in an essay on time, exercise regularly, or stay on top of everyday tasks, we work towards practical, lasting change.

We will work with a mix of practical tools (habits, structure) and deeper work (patterns, beliefs, values) for sustainable change.

I also design and deliver tailored workshops for teams, departments, and student groups on a variety of topics. Formats range from short introductions to in-depth interactive sessions.
